Flourishing Together

Welcome to Cawood Church of England Primary School! Thank you for taking the time to visit our school website.

We are a vibrant, nurturing and inclusive community drive by our school vision, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John, 10:10). We believe that schools should be a place where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to achieve their very best, and this is what we strive to do. We are proud of our strong family ethos, our high expectations and our commitment to creating a safe, stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

Our dedicated staff team works closely with families to ensure every child feels known, cared for and inspired. Through a rich and engaging curriculum, a focus on wellbeing and positive relationships, and a wide range of opportunities beyond the classroom, we aim to develop confident, curious and resilient learners.

At Cawood, we believe in the power of community. We work together to celebrate success, support one another and create a school where children are excited to come each day. Whether through our creative learning experiences, our strong pastoral support or our commitment to high‑quality teaching, we strive to make every moment count.

We warmly welcome you to our school and invite you to discover what makes Cawood such a special place to learn, grow and flouish.
