Mr Payling is the Headteacher. He is the co-ordinator for Computing, PE, DT and worship.
Mrs Mudge teaches Class 1. She is our RE Co-ordinator and also co-ordinates Geography. Mrs Mudge also helps run the link with Mukoko School in Mongu, Zambia. Mrs Mudge is also a Leading Teacher for the Early Years in North Yorkshire and helps support teachers in other schools.
Mrs Ramsdale teaches Class 2. She is our Literacy Co-ordinator and she also co-ordinates Key Stage 1 and the Early Years Foundation Stage. She runs a library club.
Mrs Walker teaches Class 3. She is the co-ordinator for Art and Design and Music and runs the Press Club for some of our most able writers. She is the Special Needs Coordinator for Key Stage 2.
Mrs Rawes and Mrs Tomsett teach Class 4 and is our Assistant Headteacher. She is the co-ordinator for Personal, Health and Social education, Modern Foreign Languages, Science and leads our work on Fairtrade. Mrs Tomsett works two days a week, job sharing alongside Mrs Rawes.
Mrs Coulthard teaches Class 5 and is the coordinator for maths and being a healthy and sustainable school. She runs the lunchtime gardening club. Mrs Coulthard is also a National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics Professional Development Accredited Lead. This means that she helps support teachers in other schools with the teaching of maths.
Mrs Rodgers is our nursery teacher. Mrs Rodgers is helped by Mrs Taylor and Mrs McGlashan. The nursery meets in the mornings in school. Mrs Rodgers is the Special Needs Coordinator for Early Years and Key Stage 1 and organises the provision for pupils with learning difficulties and disabilities.
Mrs Stephenson is one of our Higher Level Teaching Assistants. She is very musical and plays the violin, even in the playground.
Mrs Fisher is another Higher Level Teaching Assistant working throughout school.
Mrs Ferguson is also a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. She works with Mrs Mudge in Class 1 and takes the gymnastics club.

Mrs Hyland, Mrs Hornsby, Mrs Taylor, Mrs Coleman and Mrs Taylor are some of our teaching assistants who work throughout the school. All of our teaching assistants are involved in our phonics programme, Read Write Inc. Sometimes they work with a particular child and sometimes with groups of children. Mrs Hyland runs the computing club and Mrs Sykes and Mrs Coleman run reading activity groups.
Mrs Moore and Mrs Lister are our school administrators. They are always busy and helps people when they come to school or phone us. Mrs Lister deals with the dinner money and Mrs Coleman helps with photocopying and other admin tasks.
The school cooks make us the most amazing meals. There are both the regular and vegetarian meals available in school each day. We are a really healthy school!
All our midday supervisors look after us at lunchtime. They help us to stay safe and happy. We could not do without them - thank you!
